And yet it is precisely this eccentricity that defines the enigmatic character of Montgomery Collins from whom our Schwarzwald Dry Gin originates. A good third of the 47 botanicals for this special gin come from the Black Forest and are definitely not what you would call typical gin flavorings! These handpicked ingredients prepared in extremely soft spring water from our own Black Forest source give the unrivaled complexity and quality to MONKEY 47 whose piece de resistance is the use of local cranberries as some sort of "secret weapon" typical to the Black Forest. Whether with tonic as a sling martini or gimlet the unique and complex taste of Monkey 47 is an ideal basis for both classics and more eccentric cocktails. Local & Nationwide Delivery

Certain fragile or high-risk items are not suitable for nationwide delivery due to the risk of breakage. These products are marked with:

"Not Available for NATIONWIDE delivery. Only Available for COLLECTION or LOCAL DELIVERY"

If such a product is mistakenly ordered for nationwide delivery, it will be refunded automatically by the store, and this will be noted on your receipt. If you have any questions, please contact the store directly.

International Delivery Terms

We offer international shipping to select countries where the import of alcohol is legally permitted. Customers are responsible for checking whether alcohol can be imported into their country.

By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

• Returned shipments due to customs issues, unpaid duties, age restrictions, or incorrect delivery information may incur additional fees.

We do not ship alcohol to countries where it is prohibited, orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.

Packaging, Breakages & Liability

We use secure, protective packaging for all alcohol deliveries. Despite our best efforts, breakages or delays may occur, particularly during international transit or customs inspection. 

Once your order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the customer. 

Returns Policy

Local Delivery Returns

All local deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt. If any part of your order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unacceptable, it must be returned immediately to the delivery driver. The driver will notify the store, and a refund will be processed accordingly.

Nationwide Delivery Returns

If your order was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or faulty through nationwide delivery, please contact the store you purchased from directly to arrange a return or refund.

Each Carry Out Off Licence store is independently responsible for the orders it fulfills at both local and national levels.

International Delivery Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders, except in the case of a proven fault or error on our part.

Due to the nature of cross-border logistics and customs regulations, all international sales are final. We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind or incorrect ordering

• Delays caused by customs processing

• Packages refused, held, or confiscated by customs

• Non-payment of import duties or local taxes by the recipient

• Items opened, damaged, or tampered with after delivery

If your international order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence and a copy of your delivery documentation. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis and advise on any next steps.
