  1. I placed my order for Local instead of Nationwide, what happens now?

    Please contact the store you placed your order with as you will need to cancel your order or pay the outstanding delivery fee by phone.

  2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

    Our stores do not provide tracking numbers for orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland, however, you can contact the store directly to discuss your order status using their contact details found here - Contact my local store

  3. How long after my order is placed can I expect to receive it?

    For local deliveries, you can expect to receive your order within the same day. Nationwide deliveries are fulfilled within 1-3 days however during peak delivery times this could be extended to 3-5 (Christmas etc)

  4. Can I make edits to my order once it's placed?

    We strive to package and deliver your order as soon as it arrives at our stores so unfortunately we cannot make edits to your order once placed.

  5. Why can't I order some items for Nationwide Delivery?

    Due to high levels of breakages, we have had to limit some of our glass products to local delivery only. This includes boxed beers, multipack beers, ciders, some speciality products and glassware gift sets. Any items selected for Nationwide which have been flagged as above will be cancelled and money will be refunded.

  6. How do I cancel my order?

    Please contact the store you placed your order with to cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched from the store, you may be required to pay for return delivery of the goods to the store.

  7. I have ordered an item flagged as pre-order, when should I expect to receive it?

    Each item flagged for pre-order will be accompanied by a message informing you of the start of delivery. You can expect to receive your order within 1-5 working days from this date.

  8. Who can I contact to discuss my order?

    Please contact the store you placed your order with to discuss your order. Should you face any issues with that store, you can escalate your enquiry to the Carry Out Off Licence Head Office through our Contact Us form. 

  9. What stores offer same-day local delivery?
    When you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to select a local delivery option if one is available from the store of your choosing. Should you change stores and select local delivery, you may be contacted to change your order as you would be located outside of that store's local delivery radius. Please note - For guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2023, please order before the 15th of December. Orders made after 15th December may arrive in the new year due to Courier back logs. 

Delivery Information

Are you over 18?

Customers must be over 18 years of age to receive this product. Proof of age will be requested from anyone who appears to be under 25 upon receipt of delivery by the driver.

Acceptable forms of identification

Garda Identification Card, Irish/International Passport, Public Services Card, Drivers Licence. All must be valid for normal use (in date)

Failure to Produce Identification

Failure to produce ID upon receipt of delivery will mean your order may be returned to the store and your money refunded.
