The lovely ladies of Litchfield Penitentiary are back again. Season 7 marks the end of this Netflix original series that is based on the book of the same title. This show is praised for attacking pressing social issues but balances with plenty of laughs. Say goodbye to characters like Nicky, Suzanna “Crazy Eyes” and “Taystee”.

*Top Tip – its been a while since season 6 so before kick starting season 7 re-watch the last 1-2 episodes of Season 6.

2. Big Little Lies

Based on the same-titled best-selling novel by Liane Moriarty, “Big Little Lies” this dark, yet comedic series will keep you on your toes. The shows setting is the scenic town of Monterey, California but as pretty as the views appear, dark secrets lay just under the surface. Now in it’s second season, if the storyline doesn’t entice you, the soundtrack will. The shows title track “Cold Little Heart” by Michael Kiwanuka sets an ominious mood that grips you.

GLOW returns to Netflix, August 9th. In case you have yet to experience some Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, make sure to catch up with Season 1 & 2. Based on the real life story of the 1980s syndicated women’s professional wrestling circuit, founded by David McLane. This series packs a punch, with well timed comedy and 1980’s retro throwback montage. Starring Alison Brie (How to be Single & Community) this series is easy watching and perfect Binge Worthy tv.
