Binge Worthy TV July – Brought to you by Carry Out Off Licence and ‘BIG nights in’

What to watch this July on Netflix and RTE!

Hot days and cool nights, pop open a bottle of your favourite tipple and settle in for a BIG night in this July. With TV this good, you’ll find it hard not to stay in!

We’ve rounded up our TOP binge worthy TV series you should watch this July.

1. Stranger Things Season 3

Overview

With serious 80’s vibes, this show will leave you feeling serious nostalgiaitis. The shows style is a cross between the Goonies and ET with serious Carpenter vibes. The show has even inspired Halloween outfits, if that doesn’t mean success I don’t know what is. Now in its third season, the show is back July 4th with what appears to be a very Independence Day theme. Find out what happens to the town of Hawkins, with the shadow monster still lurking in the Upside Down, it’s only a matter of time until Stranger Things 3 throws the town into chaos yet again!

Watch On: Netflix
Perfect For: Young Adults+
Pair With: Hellesbrau

2. Killing Eve

Overview

Now in its second season, if you haven’t watched already this is truly unique binge watching. Starring Sandra Oh (Grey’s Anatomy, Sideways, Family Guy references) the story centers around ‘Eve’ (Sandra Oh), a desk-bound British intelligence officer, who begins to track down talented psychopathic assassin, Villanelle (Jodie Comer), starting an epic Cat and Mouse game.

Watch On: RTE/RTE Player
Perfect For: Adults, Couples
Pair With: Aviary

3. Cant Cope, Wont Cope

Overview

Available on RTE and now Netflix, this Irish show focuses on two young women, living in the big shmoke, trying to find their feet while battling personal issues. In part, it feels very reminiscent of ‘Oh My God, What A Complete Aisling’s (mega famous Irish blog that has spawned 3 books and a potential movie) in the sense of the quintessentially Irish humour and situations (Think Coppers). With short episodes you will fly though in no time and will have you reminiscing and even perhaps saying ‘Oh my Gawwwd’

Watch On: Netflix
Perfect For: Adults, Couples
Pair With: I Heart
