We are delighted to present the next edition in the Celtic Wheel of the Year series –Grianstad an Gheimhridh Single Malt. This limited release honors the ancient Celtic celebration of Grianstad an Gheimhridh, the winter solstice. Grianstad translates to ‘the stopping of the sun’, and Dingle Grianstad an Gheimhridh Single Malt is a testament to a time of year that is all about the dark of night drawing in.

Tasting Notes

Matured in former Bourbon casks with a Tawny Port cask finish, Dingle Grianstad an Gheimhridh Single Malt expresses aromas of blackcurrant jelly, pomegranate, cinnamon toast, and warm ginger on the nose. On the palate, it brings suggestions of red berry fruits and dark chocolate with a sense of warm cloves and creamy soft fudge. The spice finish mellows, leaving a lingering sweetness on the tip of the tongue.

Returns Policy

Local Delivery Returns

All local deliveries must be inspected upon receipt from the delivery driver. If the order is unacceptable, it must be returned to the delivery driver who will then inform the store to issue a refund.
